To open an account with Joya9 Ban, you must provide accurate and truthful information. The name, date of birth, mobile number, and email you enter at registration must be your own.
Only one account per person is allowed. Operating more than one account is considered a violation of our rules and will result in all accounts being closed.
Warning: Never share your account password with anyone. The account holder is solely responsible for all activity that takes place on their account.
After registration, Joya9 Ban may verify your information. Deposits or withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete.

If a match is cancelled: If a match is cancelled, abandoned, or ends before the scheduled time, bets will be settled in accordance with Joya9 Ban policy. In most cases, the full stake is refunded.
Odds in live betting can change rapidly. Joya9 Ban is not liable for any delays in bet processing caused by connectivity issues or technical errors. However, affected members may contact support in such cases.
Joya9 Ban reserves the right to void bets placed at abnormal odds resulting from system errors or bugs. The original stake will be refunded in such cases.
Joya9 Ban regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms that must be followed. By claiming a bonus, you also agree to the specific terms attached to that offer.
Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses carry wagering requirements. For example, a x20 wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳20,000 in bets before making a withdrawal.

Members may also request to close their account at any time. In such cases, the remaining account balance will be available for withdrawal (excluding any bonus balance).
